I found a spot in my home office for the things I bought at Magnolia Market in Waco a couple weeks ago.
Trouble was, for years the clock hung where the mosaic-framed “simplify” picture is. And vice versa. But the green in the clock fought against the tall greenish jug vase with the cotton boles. You see that, don’t you? Of course that wouldn’t do, so I switched them around. Look how well those colors go together!
It’s a good thing, too, because now when I need to know the time, I look straight at the “simplify” picture. It takes only a moment for the light to dawn — Oh that’s right I moved the clock — and I get to remember that I really do want to simplify.
