july one—procrastination

July 1 has arrived! I managed to take one more picture since those I posted the day my new camera arrived. But now I’ve promised myself I will dig in and actually learn something new every day. Learn something new. . . do I have to?

Yes, I say, yes. I have to. But I’ll start that tomorrow.

Today was too full for camera school. We have a new addition to our pastoral team.

Here’s where we meet every Tuesday morning.

Followed by team lunch . . .the taco truck has always been a favorite.

My afternoon included a wedding. I wasn’t actually invited to attend, but my only chance to get a picture to publish in Friday’s newsletter would be to stand in the back, because, as you can see, the official photographer had first dibs on the best position.

Once again, cropping to the rescue.

Here I am again at another “table” meeting—planning the next issue of “The View.” Shooting toward a window has always been a challenge. Maybe I’ll work on that.
