A friend* sought me out this morning at church to ask if I’d like two cans of powdered baby formula that came to her in the mail unsolicited. She’d read my Southwest Airlines post and followed through. My answer? Sure!

By the time I got home, this was hanging on my front door.

These will be in my suitcase when we head for Mexico at Thanksgiving. No donation of diapers or formula is too small to offer. Expired? Not a problem! We’ve learned from a pediatrician that powdered formula is good for 20 years! Did you know that disposable diapers expire? Babies in Juarez don’t care. We’ll take ’em!

Colleen* made the connection. Maybe you have an idea. Let’s work together! Maybe we could fill up another two or more suitcases by Thanksgiving.
