another hard day at the beach

I’ll start listening for the garage door in about a half an hour. My dear man is returning for part of the weekend, and we’re low on milk. If I were a better man, I’d go to the store. But no, I choose instead to post these two pictures that represent his week at the coast.

and, take a deep breath…

Okay, maybe there’s still time to get some milk.

my parents left the coast this afternoon to visit us at twin lakes friends camp. we didn’t have a beautiful sunset like that one…maybe someday when all this fog goes away! enjoy your time with your loved one…we’ll enjoy ours!

What an incredible sunset! It takes my breath away and it’s only a picture of the real thing….God gives good gifts! Thanks for sharing this with us.

It’s my new favorite pic of the Twin Rocks. Mauri shot it with his “little” camera from the porch of the Lighthouse. It takes my breath away.

Yep. Beautiful. That’s a great angle that time of year…I think I have a similar one from Thanksgiving at that same exact spot! I think I like his color a little better, though. I’m glad you’ll be getting your husband back!
